Standard 3D Floor Plans™

3D Floor Plans make all the difference in the world. Many of your prospective customers will not clearly understand a top view 2D Floor Plan. Worse, those unique features of your property – the ones that people are wowed by when they see them – will go “unappreciated” because the prospect just won’t be able to see it in their head. If your property is unique, or high-end, then these are right for you.

Unlike 2D (top view Floor Plans) 3-D Floor Plans successfully show windows, doors, bookshelves, and cupboards…all with improved clarity. Note that the drawing to the left actually includes a cathedral ceiling. That is impossible to show in a 2D Floor Plan. Also more clearly depicted to the left are the staircase and the landing area. See how much easier it is to visualize? Other details that are better shown include the slanted staircase wall, and the breakfast bar in the kitchen area.

2D Floor Plans just can’t convey this type of information very well.
